LA Delivery & Warehouse Pickup: Cancel or issue changes at least 2 days prior to your scheduled delivery date to receive a full refund.

Shipping: Cancel or issue changes at least 7 days prior to the first day of your rental to receive a full refund.

If the gear has already been delivered, a refund is not available. To cancel or change your order, please email hello@coozieoutdoors.com
