Any customer who does not return gear within the appropriate timeframe* will be charged  $50 per day in addition to the rental cost of the gear. If gear is not returned within 10 days, your credit card will be charged the full retail price of the gear + taxes in addition to the rental cost of the gear. 

Appropriate Timeframe for Return:

Warehouse Pickup & Drop Off: Gear is to be returned by 9 PM the last rental day. You must schedule a time for delivery and pickup by emailing hello@coozieoutdoors.com. 

Delivery & Pickup via Coozie Courier: 

If you miss your delivery or pickup window, you are responsible for picking up and/or dropping off your gear at the Coozie Warehouse located at 8461 Higuera St. Culver City, CA 90232. Gear must be returned by 9 PM the last rental day. 

Shipped Gear

Gear must be dropped off at a FedEx location and post marked by noon the day after your last rental day. Gear that is not postmarked by this date or returned late will be charged a $50 per day late fee.
